Deputy Prime Minister Hor Namhong presided over on 11 February 20019 the inauguration ceremony of ” Hor Namhong-Borey Hor Fund ” for Baby and Kid. The ceremony was attended by H.E Vong Soth, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation as well as the deaf kids and their parents at Deaf-Mute Children Center.
Hor Namhong-Borey Hor Fund is contribution to the social affairs of the Royal Government, especially the great assistance of Samdech Techo HUN SEN and Samdech Kittipritbanh, to disabled children throughout Cambodia.
