Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly of Cambodia, has extended congratulations to H.E. Dr. Xaysomphone Phomvihane on his election as President of National Assembly of Lao PDR.
“On behalf of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency on your recent election as the President of National Assembly of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic of the 9th Legislature,” he wrote in his congratulatory message.
“It is my firm belief that under your clear-sighted leadership, the traditional ties of friendship, good neighbourliness and broader cooperation between our two legislatures will further deepen in the years ahead in the national interest of our two neighbouring peoples,” he added.
Samdech Heng Samrin looked forward to a more fruitful cooperation with H.E. Dr. Xaysomphone Phomvihane as well as the esteemed members of the Lao National Assembly.
“As you are assuming the office, I would like to extend my best wishes to Your Excellency for your personal good health and great success in your noble activities for serving the nation and for continued progress and prosperity of your country and its friendly people,” concluded the message.
