Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health and Chairwoman of National Ad-hoc Commission for COVID-19 Vaccination H.E. Dr. Or Vandine presides over the closing ceremony of COVID-19 vaccination campaign for those aged 18 and above in the provincial city this morning, with the participation of provincial leaders, after she visited and handed over Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s donations to two more elderly people who volunteered to be inoculated against the pandemic in the province.
