Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Chinese Ambassador H.E. Wang Wentian preside over the inauguration ceremony for the official use of National Road No. 3 with the length of over 134 kilometres from Chom Chao of Phnom Penh capital to Kampot town of Kampot province under a loan from the Chinese government, held in Bati district, Takeo province this morning.
