Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen addresses the participants while he and Mr. Wu Guoquan, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, were presiding over in Kampong Speu province this morning the inauguration ceremony of National Road No. 51 with a total length of nearly 38 kilometres long from Oudong (Junction of NR5) to Thnal Totoeung (Junction of NR4), built under a concessional loan from the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
