Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen thanked all higher education institutions for their active participation in human resource training, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Premier made the appreciation while receiving here at the Peace Palace this morning a delegation of Cambodian Higher Education Association (CHEA) led by its Chairman of the Board of Directors H.E. Dr. Heng Vanda and Executive President H.E. Dr. Ly Chheng, according to H.E. Eang Sophalleth, Assistant to Samdech Techo Hun Sen.
Samdech Techo Prime Minister also spoke highly of the measures taken by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to promote online education during the COVID-19 spread.
The Cambodian Higher Education Association has currently more than 100 state and private higher education institutions as members working together to enhance the quality of education at all levels.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen annually receives CHEA delegation to listen to their requests and give them education sector-related recommendations.
