His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, presides over a symbolic inauguration ceremony of different achievements including schools, roads, ponds and wells, and gives donations to people, teachers and authorities in Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Speu, Kampot, Takeo, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Battambang and Kampong Thom provinces, at the Royal Palace on Feb. 6.
