The Alliance of French-Speaking Employers (APF) pledged to continue to promote and share information on investment opportunities in Cambodia to French-speaking investors.
The pledge was made by visiting APF President Mr. Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux while paying a courtesy call on Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet here at the Peace Palace this afternoon.
Mr. Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux recalled his previous meeting with Samdech Thipadei in France, saying that his visit to Cambodia this time was in line with his promise to seek investment opportunities in the Kingdom.
The APF president also reiterated France’s full support to Cambodia’s candidacy as the host of the Francophonie Summit in 2026 and was convinced that the summit will be an opportunity to attract companies from around the world to invest in Cambodia.
For his part, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet appreciated the strong relations and cooperation between Cambodia and France, as well as the linkage between their private sector.
The Cambodian Premier spoke highly of the French investment in Cambodia, stressing that it shows the French investors’ strong confidence in the Kingdom’s investment atmosphere.
Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister also briefed Mr. Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux on policies to ensure a better business environment and Cambodia’s competitiveness through the implementation of investment law and the adoption of flexible mechanisms to provide support and respond to the needs of investors and the private sector in Cambodia.
