Cambodian Ambassadors Committed to Further Promoting Tourism Sector


Ambassadors and Consuls General of Cambodia abroad have made their commitment to further promote potential tourism to the world during their mission abroad.

The commitment was made in a meeting here on Mar. 9 between H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism and a delegation composed of 19 Cambodian ambassadors, Permanent Missions, and Consuls General.

In the meeting, they discussed cooperation in the tourism sector to promote Cambodia’s reputation on the international stage and Cambodian tourism to the world.

They further focus on attracting international tourists through public media on Cambodia’s tourism potential (cultural and historical tourism, eco-tourism, coastal tourism), traditional culture, religion, gastronomy, Cambodian smiles, and Khmer identity; which are the true identity of Cambodia.
