First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet conducted an inspection on Sunday to review the progress and initial rollout of the “Enhancing Livelihoods of Veterans’ Families Through Modern Agricultural Production Models” initiative in Prasat Bakong district, Siem Reap province.
The strategic programme is designed to create employment opportunities, deliver specialised technical training, and build sustainable secondary income streams for the families of fallen service members and active frontline personnel.
Under the model, participating households engage in modernised crop and vegetable cultivation, livestock farming, production chain integration, processing, packaging, and commercial distribution networks.
The initiative reflects deep Royal Government care and tangible support for the families of fallen heroes and frontline troops who have made profound sacrifices for the nation, homeland, and citizens.
