រដ្ឋសភានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានបន្តសម័យប្រជុំរដ្ឋសភា លើកទី៥ នីតិកាលទី៦ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ២រោច ខែកត្តិក ឆ្នាំជូត ទោស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៤ ត្រូវថ្ងៃទី២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ វេលាម៉ោង ៨:០០នាទី ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាពញាចក្រី ហេង សំរិន ប្រធានរដ្ឋសភា ដោយមានវត្តមាន សមាជិក សមាជិការដ្ឋសភា ពេលផ្តើមសម័យប្រជុំ ចំនួន ១១៦រូប។
របៀបវារៈសម័យប្រជុំនាថ្ងៃនេះ មានចំនួន៦ គឺ៖
១- ការពិភាក្សានិងអនុម័ត សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើពិធីសារខណ្ឌសីមា និងបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនគោករវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។
២- ការពិភាក្សានិងអនុម័ត សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើសន្ធិសញ្ញាស្តីពីការហាមឃាត់អាវុធនុយក្លេអ៊ែរ។
៣- ការពិភាក្សានិងអនុម័តសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពី ការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើពិធីសារទីមួយ ធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ស្តីពីភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចទូលំទូលាយ រវាងរដ្ឋជាសមាជិក សមាគមប្រជាជាតិអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុន។
៤- ការពិភាក្សានិងអនុម័ត សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពី ការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើពិធីសារអនុវត្តកញ្ចប់សន្យាទី១០ ក្រោមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងក្របខ័ណ្ឌអាស៊ានស្តីពីសេវាកម្ម។
៥- ការពិភាក្សានិងអនុម័ត សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ ស្តីពីការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ស្តីពីការវិនិយោគក្រោមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងក្របខ័ណ្ឌ ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចទូលំទូលាយ រវាងសមាគមប្រជាជាតិអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងសាធារណរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌា។
៦- ការពិភាក្សានិងអនុម័ត សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពី ការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ស្តីពីការវិនិយោគរវាងបណ្តារដ្ឋសមាជិកនៃសមាគមប្រជាជាតិអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃតំបន់រដ្ឋបាលពិសេសហុងកុង នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។
The Cambodian National Assembly continued its 5th sessions on 02 November 2020 under the Chairmanship of Samdech Heng Sarin, President of the NA with the participants of 116 members.
There are 6 following agendas to discuss :
1. The Discussion and Approval on the Draft Law of Demarcation of Land Boundary and Maritime Delimitation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
2. The Discussion and Approval of the Draft Law of the Treaty on Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
3. The Discussion and Approval of the Draft Law on the First Protocol Amending the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement Among Japan and the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
4. The Discussion and Approval of the Protocol to Implement the 10th Package of Commitment Under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services.
5. The Discussion and the Approval of the Agreement on Investment Under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and Republic of India.
6. The Discussion and Approval of Agreement on Investment Among the Hong Kong Administrative Region of the People’s of Republic of China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
