ឯកឧត្តម ម៉ៅ ធនិន អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តពោធិ័សាត់ នាថ្ងៃទី០៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ បានអំពាវនាវដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ឲ្យបញ្ឈប់ការប្រើឧបករណ៍ឆក់ជាបន្ទាន់ ហើយបើមានអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តយកមកប្រគល់ជូនសមត្ថកិច្ច នឹងទទួលបានរង្វាន់លើកទឹកចិត្ត។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះ ឯកឧត្តមសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងម៉ុតម៉ាំថា ឃុំស្នាអន្សា ដែលជាឃុំមួយឈានមុខគេ ទាំងការងាររដ្ឋបាល ទាំងការងារនយោបាយនោះ នឹងលែងមានសកម្មភាពឆក់ត្រីចាប់ពីពេលនេះតទៅ។
ឯកឧត្តមអភិបាលខេត្ត បានថ្លែងបែបនេះ ក្នុងឱកាសអញ្ជើញបើកការដ្ឋានស្រះជម្រកត្រីសហគមន៍ នៅភូមិវាលវង់ ឃុំស្នារអន្សា ស្រុកក្រគរ របស់គម្រោងបង្កើនធនធានជលផលដំណាក់កាលទី២ ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពី USAID តាមរយៈអង្គការ World Fish និងដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីអភិបាលរងខេត្ត ប្រធាន អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាជុំវិញខេត្ត អាជ្ញាធរស្រុក ឃុំ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងសិស្សានុសិស្ស ជាង៥០០នាក់។
នៅក្នុងឱសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម ម៉ៅ ធនិន ក៍បានចែកសម្ភារៈល្បាត ដល់គណៈកម្មការស្រះជម្រកត្រីសហគមន៍ រួមមាន៖ ពិល អង្រឹង អាវភ្លៀង វិទ្យុទាក់ទងជាដើម។ល។ នឹងបានចុះពិនិត្យមើលការដ្ឋានជីកស្រះសហគមន៍ផងដែរ៕
HE Mao Thonin, Governor of the Pursat Province on March 6, 2018, appealed to citizens to stop using fish stunner immediately,and if there is a volunteer to hand over to the cops, they will be rewarded. At the same time, HE hope that Sna Onsa commune which is a leading commune over both administrative and political affairs, will no longer be involved in fish stunner from now on.
HE Governor had said this during the opening ceremony of a community-based Fish Pond construction in Veal Veng village, Sna Onsa commune, Krakor district on the 2nd step of Fisheries Improvement Project, supported by USAID through World Fish organization, with the participation of deputy governors, presidents, deputy directors of departments, district authorities, citizens and students over 500 peopls.
In this opportunity, HE Mao Thonin provided patrol equipment to the Fish Pond Comittee, including: Flashlight, sleeping bag and raincoat, etc. The Construction site will also be visited.
