Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen this morning urged the Ministry of Justice to accelerate the preparation of related legal framework and infrastructure so that the commercial and labour courts can be operationalised in the forthcoming 7th-mandate Royal Government.
At the inauguration ceremony of a new building of the Court of Justice of the Ministry of Justice located in Sangkat Prek Tasek, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh, Samdech Techo Hun Sen explained that the establishment of quality, transparent and credible commercial and labour courts will increase investors’ confidence in doing business in Cambodia.
At the same time, Samdech Techo Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Justice to continue to expedite the drafting of the laws on the statute of registrars, notaries, … and other relevant laws, which are the legal basis to manage and promote the legal profession in a transparent manner, both at present and in the future.
