Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E. Prak Sokhonn receives at the ministry this morning 24 winners of Japanese Grand Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) from 15 ministries and institutions before their departure for Japan to pursue their higher education later this month.
