DPM Tea Seiha to Attend 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum in Beijing


H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence, will lead a high-level military delegation to attend the 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, to be held from Sept. 17 to 19 in Beijing, at the invitation of H.E. Admiral Dong Jun, Minister of National Defence of the People’s Republic of China.

According to the Ministry of National Defence, H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha will deliver a speech at the fourth plenary session on “Building Regional Peace Through Dialogue and Consultation.”

On this occasion, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister will pay a courtesy call on and hold bilateral discussions with his Chinese counterpart H.E. Admiral Dong Jun, with the aim of further strengthening the ironclad friendship and defence cooperation between the two countries.

In addition, he will also hold bilateral meetings with the Ministers of National Defence and heads of delegations from friendly nations including the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore as well as engage in discussions with other dialogue partners to broaden and deepen defence and security cooperation.
