H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce, on Jan. 6 received Mr. Yuan Liu, Managing Director of TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., along with his colleagues for a courtesy call and working discussion.
During the meeting, Mr. Yuan Liu briefed the Minister on TotalEnergies’ significant progress, ongoing development, and long-term vision in Cambodia. He also commended the Royal Government of Cambodia for its efforts to improve the business and investment environment, which have enabled the private sector to continue growing.
Mr. Yuan Liu further highlighted the company’s contribution to promoting Cambodian products through the launch of the “Bonjour at Total” initiative at TotalEnergies petrol stations nationwide.
For her part, H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul expressed her appreciation to TotalEnergies for its continued trust in and investment in Cambodia’s energy sector since 1993.
The minister highly valued TotalEnergies’ participation in promoting Cambodian products and encouraged the company to further strengthen its cooperation with the Royal Government, particularly the Ministry of Commerce, in joint campaigns aimed at boosting the local market and supporting Cambodian-made products.
