On Wednesday Morning 05 December 2018, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and H.E Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of Lao People’s Democratic Republic presided as witnesses over the signing ceremony of four major documents:
- The agreement on Education Sector for 5 years from 2019 to 2024
- MOU on the Cooperation of Culture and Arts Sector for 2019-2024
- MOU on Elephants Lending for Performing Arts: Cultural Exchange at the Safari Zoo in Phnom Penh.
- MOU on High Voltage Power Purchase Agreement 230 and 500 KV from Lao, Hatch Station to Stung Treng Station of Cambodia.
