H. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhorn delivered a speech on 29 January 2019 during the Consultative Meeting between Royal Government and Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations. H.E Luy David, Secretary of State for Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Internal Cooperation, presided over this meeting with the presence of 600 participants from Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations.
