In the Afternoon of 30 January 2019, Siem Reap Provincial Administration convened the MOU Ceremony between Siem Reap Provincial Administration and Friend International Organization led by Ms. Yu Sophea, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province as a representative of H.E Tea Seyha and Mr. Sebastian Maro, OP of Friend International Organization, as well as the presence of relevant participants.
