Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Cambodia, presided over the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Cambodian-Chinese Friendship Tbong Kmum which costs 50 Millions US dollar ( China Aid ).
The “Cambodia-China Friendship Thbong Khmum Hospitall” which is being constructed today is the second largest project under the Chinese Government’s grant after the project of “Cambodia-China Friendship Kosomak Hospital :” project, the first project Started construction in October 2018.
