On 20 March 2019, H.E Lim Keanhoar, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, met Mr.Oh Yeun Kun, Vice President of Yooshin Engineering Corporation of the Republic of Korea.
H.E Minister informed about the Ministry’s efforts and the forward-looking work and the support of water resources from the Republic of Korea to contribute to accelerating the growth of Cambodia’s economic development.
During the meeting, Mr. Oh Yeun Kun has expressed his appreciation on the progress of Cambodia today and highly appreciated the contributions of the water sector under the direct leadership of His Excellency Minister in the process of national economic development achieved so far.
He added that He was honored to be selected as technical assistance in the implementation of projects under the financing of the Republic of Korea, including: 1) dam construction of Ta An in Ek Phnom district, Battambang province, and 2) irrigation development and flood mitigation at Banteay Meanchey province, he pledged to work hard to fulfill his plans.
