In the Morning of Monday 21 April 2019, The The National Committee for the Management and Development of the Bay of Cambodia led by H.E Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment, accompanied by H.E Pen Sophal, General Secretariat of the Committee, and other relevant Senior official, convened a meeting to discuss on the Master Plan of SCE including:
- The installment of Sewage System
- Preparation of additional pumping stations
- Preparation of reservoir sites
- Road construction along the coast
- Land-Scape related structure and pathways.
