The Mou on Cooperation of Strategic Partnership was signed by Mr. OGAWA Shigenori, Director General of the Department of Southeast Asia and Pacific of JICA, and H.E Lu Kim Chhun, GENERAL DIRECTOR PORT AUTHORITY OF SIHANOUKVILLE. Through this Memorandum, JICA will continue to support the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port to develop and enhance the physical infrastructure of the port through technical cooperation programs (TCP), Grant Aid (GA), ODA Loans.
