H.E Kun Kim, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Commission, presided on 13 June 2019 over the Inaugural Oddar Meanchey Provincial Council Appointment Ceremony which were including H.E Sy Prasith, Chairman of the Provincial Council and accompanied by 18 councilors.
