On the Morning of 10 July 2019, H.E Mao Phirun, Kadal Provincial Governor, presided over the Ground Breaking Ceremony of 770 Meters Long Concrete Road in Kadal Steung district, Kandal Province. The ceremony was attended by 642 local authorities and the residents.
