នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ១៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៩ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង លោកជំទាវ អ៊ាត សោភា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងឯកឧត្តម Nguyen Quoc Dung អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស វៀតណាម បានអញ្ជើញធ្វើជាសហប្រធានកិច្ចប្រជុំ ពិគ្រោះយោបល់នយោបាយ លើកទី ៦ រវាងក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងការបរទេសនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។ កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នយោបាយនេះ រៀបចំឡើងផ្អែកលើ «អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងការបរទេស នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម» ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខានៅឆ្នាំ២០០១ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យឡើងវិញ វាយតម្លៃ និងជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីគ្រប់វិស័យ។

On the morning of 18 July 2019, at the Ministry, Lok Chum Teav Eat Sophea, Secretary of State, and H.E. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, co -chaired the 6th Political Consultation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This consultation was held on the basis of MoU between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, signed in 2001, with the view to assess and promote all fields of bilateral cooperation.
