In the Morning of Tuesday 14 July 2020, Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Cambodian Chamber and Royal Group, signed the agreement on the construction of a Road with 70km long at Kong Rong, Shihanoukvile. The construction will be operated by the two companies Royal Group Koh Rong Development Company and Sinohydro Corporation Limited.
