៧ មករា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩ គឺជាទិវាមហាជ័យជំនះរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាលើបនប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ប៉ុល ពត

-ថ្ងៃ ៧ មករា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩ គឺជាទិវាមហាជ័យជំនះរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាលើបនប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ប៉ុល ពត។ កម្ពុជាបានបិទនូវទំព័រសករាជដ៏ខ្មៅងងឹតរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយបើកចេញនូវទំព័រសករាជថ្មី គឺសករាជឯករាជ្យ សេរីភាព ប្រជាធិប-
តេយ្យ និងវឌ្ឍនភាពសង្គម។
-ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា បានប្រសិទ្ធនាមថ្ងៃ ៧ មករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ថាជាថ្ងៃកំណើតទី២របស់ខ្លួន ហើយកំណត់នូវគោលជំហរយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា “បើគ្មានថ្ងៃ៧ មករា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩ ទេនោះ យើងនឹងគ្មានអ្វីៗទាំងអស់នៅថ្ងៃនេះ “។
-លើមូលដ្ឋាននៃការពង្រីកជ័យជំនះ ៧ មករា ឆ្ពោះទៅមុខឥតឈប់ឈរ សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតុកម្ពុជា ដែលជាតំណាងស្របច្បាប់តែមួយគត់របស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាសម្រេចបានស្នាដៃធំៗជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រចំនួ៤គឺ៖
ទី១- បានរំដោះប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាពីរបប ប៉ុល ពត ដ៏សែនមហាឃោឃៅ យង់ឃ្នង និងទប់ស្កាត់របបអន្យតិរ្ថិយនេះមិនឲ្យវិលត្រឡប់មកកម្ពជាជាលើក
ទី២។
ទី២- បាននាំមកជូនប្រជាជនវិញនូវសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពទាំងអស់ ដែលសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពទាំងនោះត្រូវបានបន ប៉ុល ពត កំចាត់បង់ក្នុងរបប ៣ ឆ្នាំ ៨ ខែ ២០ ថ្ងៃរបស់ពួកវាទៅហើយ។
ទី៣- បានស្តារ និងកសាងខឿនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ ឲ្យមានស្ថេរភាពជាបណ្តើរៗតាំងពីពេលនោះមក។
ទី៤- បានធ្វើជាកម្លាំងស្នូលនៃការបង្រួបបង្រួមជាតិ និងជាកម្លាំងមិនអាចខ្វះបាន ក្នុងការអនុវត្តន៍កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីកុ្រងប៉ារីស ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩១។
-៧ មករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ជាថ្ងៃដែលប្រជារាស្ត្រកម្ពុជានៅទូទាំងប្រទេស បានរួចចាកផុតពីរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាកំណត់យកថ្ងៃ ៧ មករា ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំជា់”ទិវាបុណ្យ” ព្រមទាំងអនុញ្ញាតិឲ្យមន្ត្រីរាជការ និយោជិត កម្មករក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានឈប់សំរាកចំនួន១ថ្ងៃ ក្នុងឱកាសទិវាបុណ្យនេះ។- ៧ មករា គឺជារបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងមូល។ ៧ មករាមានសត្រូវតែមួយគត់ គឺបនប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ប៉ុល ពត។ អ្នកប្រឆាំង នឹង៧ មករាគឺជាបក្ខពួករបស់ប៉ុល ពត ឬក៏យ៉ាងហោចណាស់ ពួកគេប្រឆាំង៧ មករា ដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍ខាងនយោបាយរបស់គណបក្សផងគេ នៅក្នុងពេលបោះឆ្នោតម្តងៗ។
សរុបមក៧ មករា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩ គឺជាសច្ចធម៌ប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត ដែលមិនអាចមានអ្នកណាមកបំភ្លៃ បំផ្លើស បំភ្លេច ឬបំផ្លាញបានឡើយ…៕

7 January 1979
 7 January 1979 is the great victory day of the Cambodian people over the Pol Pot genocidal. Cambodia has closed the era of its dark page and opened the page of new eras: era of independence, freedom, democracy and social progress.
 Cambodian people have entitled 7 January 1979 as their second birthday and defined their clear position that, “Without 7 January 1979, we would not have everything as today.”
 On the basis of the endless amplification of the 7 January Victory, the People’s Republic of Kampuchea which was the only one legitimate representative of the Cambodian people that accomplished four great historical achievements:
– Firstly, liberated the Cambodian people from the cruel Pol Pot Regime and infinitely prevented its return to Cambodia for the second time;
– Secondly, returned the rights and freedoms which were abolished by the Pol Pot regime during their 3 years, 8 months and 20 days, to the people;
– Thirdly, has rebuilt and stabilized the national economy progressively since the time being, and
– Fourthly, became the ultimate force of the national reconciliation and an indispensable force in the implementation of the Paris Agreement, 23 October 1991.
 7 January 1979 is the day that the Cambodian people in the entire country got rid of the Pol Pot Genocidal Regime, the Royal Government of Cambodia regards the day of 7 January of every year as “Feast Day” and allows civil servants, employees and workers to have a day-off in the occasion of the event.
 7 January is the belonging to the entire Cambodian people. The 7 January has only enemy which is the Pol Pot genocidal. The antagonists of the 7 January are the factions of the Pol Pot genocidal, or at least they attack the 7 January for political interests of their political party in the time of each election.
 7 January 1979, hence, a historical reality which can’t be distorted, exaggerated, forgotten or destroyed by anyone…
