កំពង់ឆ្នាំង៖ ក្នុងនាមស្ត្រីជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ប្រៀបធៀបដូចជាម្តាយនៅសមរភូមិក្រោយ ដោយមានសេចក្តីនឹករលឹកនិងគិតគូរអំពីកូនៗកំពុងសិក្សារៀនសូត្របច្ចេកទេសយោធា នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី០៥ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨នេះ លោកជំទាវ កែ ច័ន្ទមុនី អ្នកតំណាងរាស្រ្តមណ្ឌលកំពង់ឆ្នាំងលោកជំទាវដោក សុទ្ធាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ត បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូតំណាងអោយនារីនៅក្នុងខេត្ត សហការជាមួយឯកឧត្តមឧត្តមសេនីយទោ ធន ធឿន មេបញ្ជាការរងយោធភូមិភាគពិសេស និងជាមេញ្ជាការតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការសឹករងកំពង់ឆ្នាំង បានមកចុះសួរសុខទុក្ខសិក្ខាកាមជាកងទ័ពថ្មីចំនួន៣០០នាក់ របស់សាលាហ្វឹកហ្វឺនយោធភូមិភាគពិសេសដែលកំពុងរៀនសូត្រហ្វឹកហាត់បាញ់គ្រាប់ពិត នៅភ្នំជើងលាន ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រភូមិកោះខ្ទុំ ឃុំជៀប ស្រុកទឹកផុស ។
នៅក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកជំទាវ កែ ច័ន្ទមុនី តំណាងអោយលោកជំទាវទាំងអស់ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្ត បានថ្លែងទៅកាន់សិក្ខាកាមជាកងទ័ពថ្មីដែលកំពុងហ្វឹកហាត់បាញ់គ្រាប់ពិតជាក់ស្តែងថា៖ ក្នុងនាមជាកងទ័ពដែលមានតួនាទីការពារជាតិការពារទឹកដី ត្រូវតែខិតខំហ្វឹកហាត់យុទ្ធវិធី បច្ចេកទេស និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រប្រយុទ្ធរបស់កងទ័ពអោយបានចេះចាំស្ទាត់ជំនាញ ដូចសុភាសិតមួយឃ្លានិយាយថា៖ កងទ័ពស៊ូបង្ហូរញើ សក្នុងទីលានហ្វឹកហាត់ វាប្រសើរជាងការបង្ហូរឈាមនៅក្នុងសមរភូមិ។ ក្នុងនាមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្ត និងក្នុងនាមនារីជាម្តាយនៅក្នុងទិវានារីអន្តរជាតិថ្ងៃនេះ គ្មានអ្វីក្រៅពីការនឹករលឹកចុះមកសួរសុខទុក្ខកូនៗ និងប្អូនៗដល់ទីលានហ្វឹកហាត់ជាក់ស្តែងនេះឡើយ ដើម្បីយកអំណោយតិចតួចមកលើកទឹកចិត្តកូនៗ និងប្អូនៗ និងក៏សូមប្រសិទ្ធពរជ័យអោយប្អូនៗនិងកូនៗទាំងអស់ហ្វឹកហាត់អោយទទួលបានជោគជ័យ ដើម្បីការពារជាតិការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីអោយបានគង់វង្ស និងបន្តការពាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាស្របច្បាប់របស់យើង ដែលប្រសូតឡើងដោយការបោះឆ្នោតគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ។
នៅក្នុងពេលនោះដែរ លោកជំទាវជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទាំងអស់ក៏បានផ្តល់អំណោយនូវក្រម៉ាចំនួន៤០០ ទឹកសុទ្ធ១០០កេះ និងថវិកាចំនួន១ពាន់ដុល្លា ផងដែរដល់កងទ័ពជាសិក្ខាកាមទាំង៣០០
នាក់ និងបានបំ ពាក់ក្រម៉ាបង់កដល់កងទ័ពទាំងអស់ផ្ទាល់ដៃ ក្នុងទឹកចិត្តសប្បាយរីករាយនិងស្និតស្នាលក្រៃលែង។
ដោយឡែកលោកឧត្តមនេនីយទោ ធន ធឿន នៅក្នុងពិធីនេះក៏បានផ្តាំផ្ញើរផងដែរដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ត្រូវខិតខំថែទាំសុខភាពអោយបានល្អ និងគោរពអោយបានវិន័យកងទ័ព ក្រមសីលធម៌ និងបទបញ្ជាររបស់មេបញ្ជាការ ដោយខិតខំហ្វឹកហាត់រៀនសូត្រអោយទទួលបានលទ្ធផលល្អប្រសើរ និងក៏ត្រូវតែគោរពអោយបានល្អនូវទំនៀមទំលាប់ប្រពៃណីរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន តាមពាក្យស្លោកនៅអោយប្រជាជនស្រឡាញ់ និងទៅអោយប្រជាជននឹករលឹក ទើបបំពេញភារកិច្ចទទួលបានជោគជ័យ។
នៅក្នុងពេលនេះដែរ លោកមេបញ្ជាការសាលាហ្វឹកហ្វឺនយោធភូមិភាគពិសេសបានអោយដឹងថា៖កងទ័ពថ្មីជាសិក្ខាកាមដែលត្រូវហ្វឹកហ្វឺនក្នុងវគ្គនេះសរុបមានចំនួន៣០០នាក់ មកពីខេត្តកណ្តាល រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ដែលត្រូវហ្វឹកហ្វឺនរៀនសូត្ររយះពេល៤ខែ ហើយមកដល់ពេលនេះរៀនសូត្របាន២ខែហើយ។ ដោយឡែកក្នុងពេលនេះជាវគ្គហ្វឹកហ្វឺនប្រឡងបាញ់គ្រាប់ពិតរយះពេល៧ថ្ងៃ ដោយត្រូវស្នាក់នៅក្នុងព្រៃជើងភ្នំជើងលាននេះតែម្តង។ ក្នុងនាមសិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់លោកជំទាវទាំងអស់ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្ត ដែលបានយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចុះមកសួរសុខទុក្ខដោយផ្ទាល់ដល់ទីលានបាញ់គ្រាប់ពិត និងសូមជូនពរដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទាំងអស់សូមជួបប្រទះតែនិងសេចក្តីសុខ និងមានជោគជ័យគ្រប់ទួនាទីនិងភារកិច្ចជារៀងរហូត ៕
Female Leader in Kompong Chhnang visit 300 new soldiers who practice firing in Cherng Lean mountain , Tek Phos district.

Kampong Chhnang: female leader is also a mother who stay behind battlefield, greeted and concerned about the children learning military techniques on the morning of March 5, 2018, HE Koe Chan Mony, member of parliament for Kompong Chhnang province , HE Doak Sothea, Provincial Council Chairman led a delegation representing women in the province in cooperation with HE Thun Thoeun, Deputy Commander of the Special Military Region and Commander of the Military Region, Kampong Chhnang, visited 300 new soldiers of the Special Military Region training camp.
On this occasion HE Keo Chan Mony represents the ladies all provincial leaders had told the participants a new army training ammunition obvious: As the Defense Army, which serves territorial protection must train more harder on technical , tactical and strategic combat troops fluency as the proverb says: sweaty training is better a bloody battle. At that time, Her HE had also donated 400 of scarfs and 100 baskets of pure water and 1000 USD to the 300 soldiers.
On the occasion, HE Mr. Thun Thoeun also directed that all trainees should strive to maintain good health and respect discipline, ethics, code of ethics and command of the commander in order to work hard to learn and to achieve good traditions and customs of the people in local motto for people to love and to Give people a chance to do the job.
In the meantime, The Commander of the Special Military Region Training School said: “The new army, who is the 300 trainees in this course, are from Kandal, Phnom Penh, Kampong Chhnang and Kampong Thom provinces, who shall train for four months and now they have been training for 2 months already. Currently, there is a 7-day course to practice firing and going to stay at Cherng Prey mountain. On behalf of all trainees, I would like to express my deepest thanks to all his and her HE, the leaders of the province who have paid close attention to the field of firing and wish them all the best wishes and happiness and success of all duties.
