ប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្រ អាងត្រពាំងថ្ម ត្រូវបានជួសជុល ស្តារឡើងវិញ និងពង្រីកសក្តានុពល ទាំងការស្តុកទឹក និងប្រព័ន្ធស្រោចស្រពជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដោយផ្តើមចេញពីស្ថានភាពអាង ដែលមានទំនប់ទ្រុឌទ្រោម អាចស្តុកបានត្រឹមតែ ៥០ លានម៉ែត្រគូប និងស្រោចស្រពបានលើផ្ទៃដីស្រូវវស្សា ៦.០០០ ហិកតា និងស្រូវប្រាំង ៥០០ ហិកតា ឱ្យទៅជាអាងទឹកមួយ ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នអាចស្តុកទឹកបានប្រមាណ ៣០០ លានម៉ែត្រគូប និងស្រោចស្រពលើផ្ទៃដីបង្កបង្កើនផលប្រមាណ ៣៥.០០០ ហិកតា (អាចបង្កបង្កើនផលបាន ២ ដង ទៅ ៣ ដង ក្នុង ១ ឆ្នាំ) ។

This irrigation system was rebuilt to increase the potential of both storing and irrigating , starting from the old reservoir with can store only 50 million cubic meters of water to irrigate over 6000 hectares of Rainy-season rice field and 500 hectares of Dray-season rice field into a new reservoir which can store around 300 million cubic meters of water and irrigate about 35000 hectares of agriculture land ( can cultivate two to three times a year)
