Cambodia and Cuba have discussed more cooperation on inspection between the two countries.
The discussion took place between H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Inspection, and H.E. Mrs. Liurka Rodriguez Barrios, Ambassador of Cuba to Cambodia, here in Phnom Penh, on Dec. 5.
H.E. Huot Hak briefed H.E. Mrs. Liurka Rodriguez Barrios on the long-lasting diplomatic relations and good cooperation between the two countries in all sectors, adding that the two nations supported each other on the international arena.
The minister spoke highly of the Government of Cuba’s contribution to bringing about peace and development in the country.
The two sides also agreed to organise exposure visits to exchange views and experience in inspection and seek a possible signing ceremony of a joint Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between both countries on inspection and good governance.
