Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has encouraged Viettel Group to expand its investment in the telecom sector and other sectors to contribute to boosting the Kingdom’s economic growth and job creation.
The Cambodian Premier made the encouragement while receiving in Hanoi, Vietnam yesterday afternoon Mr. Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group.
Samdech Thipadei congratulated Viettel Group on its success in doing business in both Vietnam and Cambodia, and noted the company’s active participation in social and humanitarian work in Cambodia.
For his part, Mr. Tao Duc Thang briefed Samdech Thipadei on the development of the company in the fields of telecommunications and digital technology in Cambodia and thanked the Royal Government of Cambodia for its attention, support and facilitation for its business operations.
