H.E Wang Wentian, the newly appointed Chinese ambassador to Cambodia, informed H.E DPM Men Sam An about the Progress Between China-Cambodia Relations and China’s Statement on Cambodia’s Support to the Economy. He highlighted this during the courtesy visit on 28 January 2019 at Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection.
The new ambassador confirmed that both sides signed a memorandum of understanding (8) in the process. Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s visit to China for the first time in 2019, January 20-23.
