On Tuesday 29 January 2019, H.E Soung Heng, Secretary of State for Ministry of Public Works and Transport, as the representative of H.E Minister, presided over the signing ceremony of Technical Consultant Contract for Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville expressway Project between Ministry of Public Works and Transport and MINCONSULT SDN BHD, with the participation of MINCONSULT SDN BHD and MINCONSULT SDN BHD.
This signing ceremony is to encourage the Technical Consultant Firm to closely inspect the construction work in order to ensure the quality meets international standards.
