H.E Chea Sophara, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, presided over the signing ceremony Between Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia and UN-Habitat for the construction and rehabilitation housing for flood victims in Tbong Khmum province. The ceremony took place at the Ministry on 06 March 2019.
