On 01 April 2019, H.E Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment, chaired a meeting to Strengthening the Role and Duty of MOE’s Officials for 2018-2023. This reforming is to set clear vision to transform modern-day environmental management. In the mandate of the Royal Government of Cambodia 6th Legislature, the Ministry of Environment has determined that by 2023, quality and environmental sustainability will be guaranteed and the heritage of Cambodia’s natural resources is preserved and preserved for the benefit of all Cambodian.
