In the Afternoon of 08 May 2019, Samdech Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, received Ms. Rhona Smith, the United Nations special rapporteur for Cambodia at the office of Ministry of Interior.

During the meeting, Ms. Rhona Smith informed Samdech Sar Kheng about the  issues of freedom of association, non-governmental organization, implementation of the Single Window, Combating Drugs, and strengthening the relationship between civil society and the Royal Government.
