On Thursday 16 May 2019, H.E Ponh Sachak, Secretary of State for Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, led the delegation to attend the meeting of the 3rd Project Steering Committee of the Cambodia-Thailand Trans-boundary Cooperation Project to review the final report for formulating a development plan and budget proposal in the next phase of climate control and drought and climate change adaptation prepared by the Secretariat of the Mekong River Commission supported by the German Development Agency (GIZ) in Bangkok, Thailand. .
