On 01 October 2019, H.E Veng Sakhorn, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, received H.E Takuya KAMATA, Manager for the Water Global Practice. The meeting is to maek a report on the progress of the implementation of the project on fisheries and aquatic resources in the northeast, Kratie and Stung Treng provinces, which are being implemented by the Fisheries Administration with the aim of enhancing livelihoods, food security and ecosystem management, and discussing the feasibility and extension of the project.
