Minister of Information H.E Khieu Kanharith offered fire to cremate the body of late H.E. Touch Samoeun, Under Secretary of State at the ministry and former director of Kandal provincial department of education, youth and sports, who passed away on Aug. 2 at the age of 73 years old, at the demise’s house in Takhmao town, Kandal province.
