Gen. Sao Sokha, the Deputy Commander of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) and Commander of the National Military Police, chaired the meeting to review on the project of X16 Historic Site in memorable of the overthrow of the genocidal regime of Pol Pot 20 June 1977 at Tboung Kmum Province.
