H.E Dr. Aun Ponmonirath, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance, and H.E Kert Rith, Minister of Justice had declared the Inter-Ministerial Prakas on the Provision of Public Service for Marital Property Agreement.
This Prakas allowed the Minister Justice to collect revenue from public service fees from the registration of Marital Property Agreement for the benefit of the national budget.
