ក្រុមពិភាក្សាទី៣ នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំភាពជាដៃគូសភាអាសុី-អឺរ៉ុប លេីកទី១១ (ASEP-11) បានជួបប្រជុំជាមួយ Dr. Iean Russell មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកគោលនយោបាយ ទទួលបន្ទុកជំនួយផ្នែកគោលនយោយបាយ នៃសហគមន៍អឺរ៉ុប និងអង្គការស្បៀង និងកសិកម្ម នៃសហប្រជាជាតិ ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដែលជាវាគ្មិនជំនាញ( Expert ) របស់ក្រុមពិភាក្សាទី៣។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះធ្វើឡើងនាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ តាមប្រព័ន្ធ ZOOM ដឹកនាំសម្របសម្រួលដោយ ឯកឧត្តម សួស យ៉ារ៉ា អនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មការទី៥ នៃរដ្ឋសភា និងជាប្រធានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមពិភាក្សាទី៣ (Panel Discussion 3 ) នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ ASEP11 រួមជាមួយ លោកជំទាវ ឡោក ខេង ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការទី៨ នៃរដ្ឋសភា និងជាប្រធានគណៈប្រតិភូសភាកម្ពុជា ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមពិភាក្សាទី៣ ព្រមទាំងសមាជិកសមាជិកា ជំនួយការ និងមន្រ្តីជំនាញនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានសភាកម្ពុជា។
On the morning of 03 November 2021, H.E. Sous Yara, Vice-Chairperson of 05th commission of the National Assembly and chairperson of Panel Discussion 3 Group of ASEP11, accompanied by Her H.E. Lork Kheng, Chairperson of the 08th commission of the National Assembly to attend the meeting of Panel Discussion 3 of the 11th Asia-Europe Parliamentary Partnership Meeting (ASEP-11) with the presence of Dr. Iean Russell, Senior Policy Officer, EU Policy Assistance and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Cambodia, is the Expert Speaker of the Panel Discussion 3.
