រសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បត្តិ៍ ទី៧រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំរកា នព្វស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦១ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃ០៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ លោកជំទាវឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ម៉ែន សំអន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយរដ្ឋសភា-ព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីក្រុងពាលី បួងសួងសុំសេចក្ដីសុខ សេចក្តីចម្រើន ពីម្ចាស់ទឹកម្ចាស់ដី ព្រះម៉ែគង្គារនៅក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេលើកទី ៤ ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្តាល ។
ពិធីបុណ្យទន្លេលើកទី ៤ នេះ ត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ៩-១១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ ទន្លេនៃសន្តិភាព មិត្តភាព និងនិរន្តរភាពទេសចរណ៍ ។ គោលបំណងនៃការប្រារព្ធបុណ្យទន្លេនេះ គឺដើម្បីជម្រុញលើកតម្លៃ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយពី សក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍នានាតាមដងទន្លេមេគង្គ ក៏ដូចជា ការលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ប្រជាជននៅតាមបណ្តាខេត្តទាំងនោះឲ្យចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេចរណ៍សហគមន៍ផងដែរ ។

Her HE. Men Sam An ,Deputy Prime Minster of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection presided over the ceremony of Krong PeaLi to asking for a peace and prosperity from Water God on the 4 th of Tonle Festival , held in Takmao city, Kandal Province.
This Festival was held from 9-11 March 2018 under the theme of River of Peace, Friendship and sustainable tourism. The purposes of this Tonle Festival is to increase the value and promote the potential of tourism along Mekong River as well as to encourage our people in that province to participate with our tourism development.
