H.E Say Sam Al Encourages Australia and New Zealand Scholarship Youth to Participate in Social Development


On 18 October 2018, at the Ministry of Environment, H.E Say Sam AL, Minister of Environment, held a get-together with the youth who are the officials and NGOs, currently receiving staff a two-year scholarship for 2019-2020 from Australian Government and other 21 Cambodian-New Zealand Scholarship youth who will depart in January 2019.

H.E Minister expressed his appreciation to Cambodian youths that they had received scholarships to study abroad and reflect on their efforts to learn and study in the building of all youths. His Excellency Say Sam Al highlighted that young Cambodians are taking advantage of today’s opportunities to strengthen and build capacity to improve their knowledge, skills and spirit in contributing to the development of Cambodia.

Meanwhile, H.E encouraged the youth to study more as well as to share our great culture and prosperity. On this occasion, H.E Say Sam Al raised the action plan of the Ministry of Environment in the Royal Government of the 6th mandate of the National Assembly, including environmental management, environmental protection, the core work of the ministry will be effective and youth They need to be involved in thinking, as well as educating and promoting the environment.
