In the Morning of 22 October 2018, Samdech Pheakdei Say Chhum, President of the Senate, chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Senate at Senate Palace with below agendas:
- Review and Decide on the report over the activities of the Senate between the first and second sessions of the fourth legislature.
- Set the new agendas, date and Composition of Secretariat of the 2nd Session of the Senate Legislature.
After reviewing and discussing, the standing committee of the senate, has decided to set Wednesday, 24 October 2018, 8:00 Am, as the date of holding a second session of the Senate, 4th legislature, to listen to the report of the Standing Committee on the activities of the Senate between the first and second sessions of the fourth legislature.
