H.E Chea Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, met with Mrs. Mutita Chamroeun, Representative of WB, to talk about the Land Allocation for Social Affairs and Economic Development Phrase 2. The meeting was held at the Ministry on 14 November 2018.
