In the Afternoon of 15 November 2018, Department of Water Resources and Meteorology, has install a Medium Water Pumping (65 Horse-Power) to irrigate over 150 hectares of agriculture lands in Msao and Treal village, Treal commune, Baray district, Kampong Thom province.
