President of the Senate Chairs the Permanent Committee

On Thursday Morning 10 January 2019, The meeting of Permanent Committee of the Senate was held at Senate Palace under the presidency of Samdech Say Chhum, President of the Senate to review on below agenda:

  1. Review and  decided on the proposal of the 6th Committee of the Senate to put the amendment of the Law on Administrative Management of the , Municipalities,Provinces, Districts and Communes  into the agenda of the second session of the Senate.
  2. Review and  decided on the proposal of the 6th Committee of the Senate to put the amendment of the Law on the election of Municipal Council, Provincial Council, District Council and Commune Council into the agenda of the second session of the Senate.
  3. Set the new agenda and date for the second session of the Senate.

As the result, the meeting has agreed to put the 1st and 2nd agenda into the second session of the Senate, on 11 January 2019.
