H.E Pich Veasan, Under-Secretary of State for Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, led the Joint Inspection Team including JICA, Representative of Japanese Ambassador, Technical Project Counsellor, Representative of ICB and NCB, and other relevant participants. To date, the overall project implementation process has achieved approximately 72%.
